Aris Clemons began her work towards racial justice as a high school student. As the leader of the social equity and diversity team, she began facilitating workshops for high school students across the country to teach about systems of racial oppression in the United States. This spurred her entrance into the nonprofit world where she began as a program specialist and site coordinator at just 19 years old.  After working in nonprofits for over 15 years, her experience spans nearly every department from finance and operations to development and advancement.  Aris is dedicated to ensuring that every nonprofit has access to the tools they need to fulfill their mission of creating a more equitable and socially just world. Non-profit consultations have ranged from strategic plan development, stewardship and advancement workshops, program development, admissions consultations, and organizational re-structuring. She has also developed workshop series and training programs in order to create more just working environments for non-profit employees.
